Notice the attending thoughts, feelings or beliefs...notice the physical sensations and/or visual images associated with the trigger or problem, and then notice where you feel it in your body...whenever you think about it. Often when you think about a trigger, it will be accompanied with a tight feeling in your chest, heart, neck, head, jaw, or stomach.
Reverse the direction of the spin and get it reversing faster and faster at very fast hyper speeds until it explodes or disappears in any way you choose.

Search inside for gifts, symbols, images or feelings to appear that will replace the old programming. Bring the new healing gifts or feelings back into your body and breath them in where they came out and allow the new feelings and understandings to breathe deeply into every aspect and area of your being, letting them sink into the muscle and weaving them into the very fabric of your personality or being in a very permanent way…breathing in at least three times deeply until they are settled in.
By sending a gift box out on an adventure to find another hidden gift or message. When it comes back, breath it in the same way as above…noticing the additional transformation and healing changes coming from the new resources.
By taking the newly installed gifts/resources from the present back to the youngest time the trigger was present or to a time between two and five as you like and as an adult download them into the younger you. Then when the download is complete walk the younger you one year or event at a time quickly up your time line to the present observing the younger you grow up to your current body age. Then open your arms and invite the fully grown younger you to integrate into the adult.
By walking from the present out into the future…hours, days, weeks, months or years out…as far out as you desire to go…as many as five years out or more. Then notice from that place in time as you look and feel back to the present how much better life is from that vantage point. Then return to the present and notice how much brighter your future is now.
